A few organisms that aid in the act of composting are the red worm, banana slug, and the common pill woodlouse (rolly polly).
A good variety of animal diversity in the plush market. There are a lack of cute and unnatural bugs in the market for education.
Made 1/2 scale models to test the pattern and get feedback.
The worm and slug need simplification on the bottom, and the pill bug was so small it was hard to tell what needed to be changed.
Used natural dyes in the fabric and yarn.
Turmeric, beet juice, henna, and indigo were used for the final colors.
